Nordfracht started with two trucks and one promise: pick up the phone, and get the freight there on time. Three decades on, the fleet is bigger and the routes reach further, but that promise has not moved.

What shippers ask us first

How fast can I get a quote?

Send the lane, weight and timing and we return an all-in quote within two hours during operating hours — including fuel, customs and any surcharges, so the number you see is the number you pay.

Can you handle customs after Brexit?

Yes. We are AEO-certified and clear customs in-house for both import and export, including transit (T1) documents. No third-party broker, no surprise hold-ups at the border.

Do you move single pallets or only full loads?

Both. Our daily groupage lanes move single pallets across Europe cost-effectively, while FTL is there when you need a dedicated vehicle. Your dispatcher advises which is cheaper for your load.

Can I track my shipment?

Every consignment has live GPS tracking, and your dispatcher pushes proactive updates if anything changes en route. You always know where your freight is and when it will land.

What if something goes wrong on the road?

Our 24/7 dispatch team re-routes, re-books or recovers as needed — and you hear about it from us first, with a plan, rather than finding out when the delivery is late.
